He wasn't like the other torrent sites. He didn't have money to fight because he wasn't doing it for profit but for the enjoyment and promotion of scifi shows...
Admittedly you shouldn't play with fire if you don't want to be burned but still... I've got to wonder how he feels about the MPAA's ADHD approach to prosecuting these cases...
