Mega Ouch! Janus Friis and Niklas Zennstrom first create a company that is non profitable and then proceed on to sue the company after their exit. This is sheer madness.

Re: Skype’s Founders Sue eBay for $75 Million Per Day in Damages

it not worth so many in my opinion

Re: Skype’s Founders Sue eBay for $75 Million Per Day in Damages

thats ridiculous plus ebay would go bankrupt lol

Re: Skype’s Founders Sue eBay for $75 Million Per Day in Damages

What kind of retarded organization buys a company for multiple billions of dollars but doesn't buy ALL of the patents and technology to make it work? They should sell or integrate with Facebook. Some platform millions already use. They lost me to gmail.

Re: Skype’s Founders Sue eBay for $75 Million Per Day in Damages

I really hope this doesn't mean a mandatory upgrade and removal of features in Skype, or, more horribly, the theoretical end of Skype.

Re: Skype’s Founders Sue eBay for $75 Million Per Day in Damages

Wonder whether Andreesen & Co saw this coming? And the second one, in a humorous tone would be, are you kidding us?!

Skype recently got a possible buyer for around 2 Billion, it took them months to get that possible sale. And now they get sued for an outrageously high price that means over 2 billion in a little over a month! It seems like a joke, yet it is not. Let's hope that there is some explanation to this, and justice is somehow served.

Re: Skype’s Founders Sue eBay for $75 Million Per Day in Damages

Ouch.
