The fact you work at Screenjelly wouldn't make you biased would it? Screenjelly is like Windows Vista and Screenr is like Mac.

    I like screen jelly better

I don't get it. It records screen casts... like other software which you in turn watch in your browser. What does it do that is unique or different ?

Nice find Jennifer. Just tried screenr. Very easy to use - and when you download the MP4, they don't force their logo onto it, which is nice.

It would be nice if captures weren't limited to 5 mins & if they offered other download formats(avi, wmv, mpg).

screenjelly doesn't seem to have the option to resize the recording window. I'm waiting for their reply on that one. Because personally, I dislike the fact that the capture would contain distracting and maybe even privacy sensitive information (like URL strings, names and emailadresses in notify tools on taskbar, ect.). I allready saw some pretty private details in shared vids. Maybe most people don't think or care about it, but I do. And most likely also people who want to sniff those captures. :-(

So I'm glad to see 'screenr' has at least the option to cut out private details / noise.
PS: I don't like using Java. Sorry.
