Hello there, I'm a former fashion editor from the magazine world: Italian Vogue, French Vogue and Marie Claire. After having my baby son Sidney, I was tired of the same old parenting magazines and the lack of attention to the mother's needs, stylish, chic, cool mom that is - even if we're in pyjamas! Very excited to announce our new launch with online New Mother's Circles, workshops to help moms with baby and get back into shape, a blog, summer reading groups and so much more...please take a look and tell me what you think.

Great list---I'm a fan of OpMom!

I also have to plug Savvy Source, which has a main site and also sites specific to cities all over the US. It has great parenting information and is a wonderful resource for parents seeking childcare/preschools---has tons of reviews from parents who have children in the programs.

Themotherhood.com is also great---so many neat groups and resources for moms.

how can you forget www.Babyzone.com? It's got everything BabyCenter has and more. They have baby journals, photo sharing, lots of info on fertility, pregnancy and new babies as well as a huge community moderated by over 250 volunteer moms. http://www.babyzone.com

Also http://www.mommyandme.com has just created a brand new set of playgroup organizer toos that let moms put together and keep track of their own playgroups. They also have a big playgroup finder tool that lists playgroups all over the US and Canada.

If you are a mom who is "crunchy" try Mothering.com's forums. Great info, interesting debates, and lots of moms to get to know.
