I personally use EventBox from The Cosmic Machine (http://thecosmicmachine.com/). Along with Twitter, I also use it for all of my RSS feeds and integration with my Flickr account. It also has integration with several other services like Facebook, Reddit, Google Reader, Digg and more but I currently don't use any of them.

Maybe I should be looking into Tweetdeck. I use (& love!) Twitterfox, but clearly there's something I don't know...

Tweetie for the iPhone is better than anything. I love it, great navigation and great features. I LOVE the layered menu system with tweets. It's such a good app! Everyone NEEDs to get it if you have an iPhone. I promise you, you wont regret it!

I'm using twhirl for months. It's friendly and easy to use. It's able to use multiple account at once. Cool.

DestroyTwitter is another Adobe Air based client similar to TweetDeck. the interface is smooth, and quick - uses less resources than TweekDeck - though it doesn't have the same type of group options - though you can filter streams.

I'm really surprised Digsby isn't higher on the list (it's at 36 right now).
It may not have the added functionality some clients have (like groups) but considering it's aupport for everything else it makes such sense as a client and it's an absolute pleasure to use.
I use it as my main Twitter client, and for 'broadcasting' I use Ping.FM (currently #11) via Digsby IM. Twitterfeed handles my RSS to Twitter (again via Ping.FM) and friendfeed passes on my Google Reader shares.

I use mostly TwitterFox, because I am on Firefox all the time for other stuff,
and its just plain easy to use.
I use TwitterFon on my iPhone though, also because it's just easy.
