    But you made a point that I actually fail to mention: Tweetdeck now keeps track of your Facebook updates as well. Couple that with a news reader and you're set. Thanks for clarifying that point!

    This is awesome - You know what would be great? A large social media map, inspired from the one you sketched out with resources annotated at each point. Its taken me a couple of weeks to sort through and shortlist tools for outreach, following and tracking. And I'm still not there.
