The PDF can be opened only with Adobe Reader. That's a great idea if you want (more) people hate Adobe Reader.

You don't need to register to get the file. You can flip through the presentation without signing in, as well as download (without signing in) by clicking the "save a copy" icon.

too bad, this could have really been beneficial, but I can't get it. Maybe make a simple
pdf download for us folks that may just want to download it and watch it later.

I landed on some page from some service provider which I'll never again need in my life which was wanting me to register with them to get your book.

Sharon - What a tremendous resource and I love the method you have used to roll this out free for instant download. It is easy for those of use who are fully invested in social media to forget that there are millions of people coming into the social media space that need to cross the knowledge gap. i already use Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, and WordPress. i also have unlimited texting, IM on my computer and phone, 5 email addresses (at least), and i also know how to talk on a my business phone, my cell phone, both computers, and face to face.

why do i need knoyce again?

am feeling really upset as i clicked on yr download link of yr twitter guide, router light flashed furiously for at least five minutes if not longer and then nothing! no request for which folder to put it in or save it to
pls will you let me know where it is to be found
i have this terrible feeling that i've downloaded something other than yr booklet as i see it's on a different site
like a fool i clicked away as i trusted you!
help
