I do wish for two things from TweetDeck though, as much as I love it:
1) TweetDeck for XP integrating with Facebook is great, but I wish I could have a feed/group/whatever JUST for my notifications. Trying to follow what's going on within the full friend feed is a little cumbersome, and leads to me just going to Facebook itself to see my notifications. Maybe I'm missing how to pull this off, but I haven't had any luck figuring it out so far.
2) TweetDeck for iPhone needs Push support. Plain and simple. Again, perhaps I'm dumb and there's a way to turn it on that I don't know of.
I do use Ada occasionally, just for a change. :)

Web-based: Hootsuite
iPhone: Tweetie
Overall: I love Seesmic's Facebook integration, but Hootsuite has the best UI overall.
iphone: twittelator pro
Are you sure you were logging in?
I have just recently migrated from using RSS as my primary source of news to twitter seeing as its real-time. This is where TweetDeck comes in: sorting by groups and instant notifications! However seeing as I`m not in front of the computer all day (actually I am...) I still use RSS for friends blogs, and anything I may have missed.
iPhone Echofon (formerly Twitterfon?) - I'd use Hootsuite if there was an app
Windows XP and iPhone
Updates Twitter and Facebook at the same time.
Laptop (Mac): Firefox + TwitterBar
iPhone: Tweetie, then Tweetdeck
Mac - Tweetie
My reason for loyal use of Twitterena+ Pro is in my blog: http://bit.ly/AppDevAweekes
Twitter.com for Web
UberTwitter for Blackberry Storm
Web-based: Hootsuite
iPhone: Twitterrific
Gravity on my E71 (S60)
Web-based: Hootsuite is the bomb. I also use it for sharing links - the tracking feature and multi-account mgmt is simply awesome.
BlackBerry: UberTwitter - much better than TwitterBerry and keeps getting better!
I smell an iPhone App soon!!!!

Twitterrific on iPhone
Desktop- Jump back and forth from Seesmic and TweetDeck
iPhone-TweetDeck since there's no Seesmic app yet
iphone: twitteriffic
I have a blackberry, but none of the apps are worth it for me, and I've tried them all. And, I don't always have wifi turned on to use my itouch.
Other than that, I use text or ping.fm on my blackberry.
iPhone (iPod Touch) I haven't found any of them that are really good.
Desktop. Don't need it when I am using a browser.
I've had my fair share of experience with Twitter applications for both PC and iPhone and TweetDeck tops my favourites list for both!
It's constantly improving, allows you to post to Twitter, Facebook or Myspace and integrates itself with a vast selection of link shorteners, image and video uploaders.
It even allows you to log into your bit.ly account!
I fell in love instantly and swapped over from another Adobe Air Twitter application I was using <3
Home: Twhirl - I really like how easy it is to read
Used Tweetdeck extensively, not impressed. Haven't tried Hootsuite.
For the MacBook at home: twitter on the web.
For the iPhone: Hahlo4
Personal/Blackberry: UberTwitter (features kick-butt, and multi-account integration)
Work: Stuck with HootSuite for now:
* They're the only multi-editor client I've found that can feed Tweets to both Facebook pages and MySpace (via Ping.fm integration).
* BUT their annoying i-frame ow.ly links are incompatible with MySpace, so we have to use separate bitly to shorten and copy/paste into HootSuite
* I prefer CoTweet for work purposes due to bitly integration and ability to assign Tweets to different employees for follow-up... but no working Ping.fm integration for MySpace yet.
It's a beautiful thing!
It's a beautiful thing!
Anyone found a good client for Nokia phones? I'm still loving my 3-year-old 6275i, so I don't plan to get an iPhone anytime soon.
Phone: Twidroid, The best twitter client on the android market.
Web: Hootsuite
iPhone: Tweetdeck & EchoFon (formerly TwitterFon)
My fav iPhone is Twitterrific.
iPhone: Tweetie

iPhone - Tweetie
It works perfectly.
Desktop: Tweetdeck
Web: CoTweet
WAP Phone: Slandr
iPhone = BirdFeed and Twitterrific (looking forward to the Tweetie update)
(Here in Italy we use FF's comments *a lot* :) )
On Blackberry I use UberTwitter. Great little app with GPS integration. I love the location-based tweet options, both for searching and chatting.
At work: Hootsuite or TweetVisor
Tweetdeck n Twhirl on my Mac
Tweetdeck keeps me organized with groups, and it helps me filter out what tweets I wanna see for a certain day (yeah I'm like that). Then I use Twitterrific with my Growl. The pop-up updates keeps me updated with new tweets every sec even if both Tdeck and Trrific windows are closed.
On mobile: dabr
dabr.co.uk on mobile.
its the ultimate Twitter client!!!! :P
it lets me see the latest facebook statues updates & aswell lets me manage more than one twitter account!!!!
But I dream of a day when there is an app with grouping functionality of Tweetdeck, UI of Tweetie, stats of Hootsuite.
