Fast Dial is the one I use the most, and probably would be lost without, but Zotero definitely deserves to be mentioned. It's amazing for cataloging libraries and sources.

Firebug is the most helpfull developing websites. Besides realtime CSS and HTML debugging, POSTed headers and such are great!
