See, I think that's part of the point (regardless if intended). Not all art is made to be loved. Is it done well? Yes. It's clever. Is it something I'm going to put on an iPod, share with everyone and say "this is the best mash-up I've heard"? Hell no. It's clever, it's fun, and it's not pretty.

Smells Like Teen Booty was a lot better, and even that wasn't perfect.

Never Gonna Give Up Teen Spirit merely has meme value. The video is better than the mashup itself, imho.

Also, Mashable is the single slowest-loading website I regularly go on.

this is hilarious but an actual mash up would have been better instead of just putting the vocals from one song over the music for another. there should have been some actual editing done because some of it just doesn't fit and is very dissonant, especially the pre-chorus. it sounds awful. but it still is funny how it all lines up like that, and those are two very unlikely and funny songs to put together. as far as the chorus goes, it's not the worst thing i've ever heard.

Agreed. Kurt had a sense of humor that a lot of people missed out on. If I recall correctly, Kurt loved Weird Al Yankovic's parody of "Teen Spirit", so I don't see why he wouldn't like this one as well.

I must give a thumbs-up to the creator of this for their skills on combining the video/audio. I am however a little sad to see that anyone would combine these two artist. Kurt would kick your ass for sure and I am wondering if I need to step in since he is unable!
