Are they really trying to take Twitter and put it onto the small screen? I guess I just don't understand how you would take twitter and put it on TV in the first place. Here's where I heard about it. http://www.newsy.com/videos...

Re: Is Posterous the New TwitPic?

If Posterous isn't supported by TwitterBerry, it's missing a huge opportunity. The functionality that TwitSnaps provides is also much greater than the leader. Check this comparison out- http://uurl.in/v43dt3

Re: Is Posterous the New TwitPic?

I also think Posterous is an excellent option for posting image galleries online, very simple and straightforward. You should also include Orsiso (www.orsiso.com) to this list of Twitter clients. It has all the key features and in addition helps organize all my other networks from one place. I prefer using that to any of the apps listed above, since my life isn't just about Twitter....

Re: Is Posterous the New TwitPic?

Posterous rocks!
I love how it works well with everything.

I am starting a new blog for a large organization, and Posterous is really going to make it easy to have a lot of contributors and have them use their preferred social media accounts.

I haven't even scratched the surface of the capabilities and am very excited about it!

Re: Is Posterous the New TwitPic?

Thanks for the kind words, Andrei! They didn't forget the KISS strategy when implementing their service. I feel there is some kind of similarity between them and Evernote actually. Really good start-up! :)

So good that instead of my portfolio page (I am a Flash Developer and CEO at Vuzum) I use a posterous page. Try it: www.andreipotorac.com

It would be nice if they would allow us to use a real domain name instead of somename.posterous.com :)

Re: Is Posterous the New TwitPic?

Photo sharing being so popular among twitter users, will there not be an integration sooner or later?

Re: Is Posterous the New TwitPic?

What is your opinion about Twitsnaps? http://twitdom.com/twitsnaps/

Re: Is Posterous the New TwitPic?

Another interesting option is Twitsnaps.
