It doesn't say why iPhone is better than the Droid, most people buy products based on those "vague information" like 5MP camera vs 3MP camera, or flash vs no flash.
This is perfect for describing the fan boy attitude "WHAAA WHAAA I don't hear you, I don't care, I love STEVIE WHAA WHAAA"
Hence the inclusion of a clip from one of those ads and the "i… oops" tag after it.
What. A. Douche.
You know what I do care about? My crappy data network! Also I am not sure I ever got over the bitterness of spending $400 on a phone that couldn't send picture texts or record video.
I am actually interested in seeing this Droid thing already, I checked out the Moment which seemed fairly interesting as well. Android is making leaps while Apple is fighting the FCC while simultaneously hating it's users and developers. As we say on the Twitter #notagoodlook
Very entertaining come back :D iAmused.
and "iCame first"? So did myspace...
It's like the Car ad's always saying "its like a Honda" well if it's "like a Honda" why would I not just buy a HONDA!
Don't even TRY!
A+++ commenter! Will read again!!
What can iPhone can do more than it? Nothing!
Ummm, Apple bashes Microsoft on a regular basis.
I've got a MacBook and a G1. iDon't have to be a slave to one brand or another.

Don't get me wrong, I love my iPhone. I love Mac. But I think this spoof is kind of hypocritical.
Oh, the R2D2 animation was quite clever.
For what it's worth, though, I will always side against Mac/Apple ads. At least in terms of the Apple vs. PC ads with the actors, the thesis of those commercials, for years and years, have always been: if you have bought a PC, you are a sucker, and you've been tricked into buying it. As annoying as the Laptop hunter ads were or as expoitative as the little Asian girl Windows 7 ads are, PC ads have NEVER insulted me for buying a Mac, where as Apple ads have consistently insulted me for buying a PC.
I own both macs and PCs, and I will prefer the ads that don't insult me. So, thank you PC.
Yes, that's ironic. Considering this parody itself bashes the Droid phone.
Someone didn't think this through...
What I love about this response is that while the droid may not be an iphone competitor, the android OS is clearly enough of one to ruffle the feathers of apple jocks. Apple needs a proper competitor - for too long their design strategy has been "we know better than you," and it's time that starts to shift. It only works for so long.
I don't purchase technology so I can be smug, I purchase technology because it's good.
Oh, and why are all the comments italicized?
While I'm able to find the humor in the shots from Apple, I am becoming a bit fatigued by the incessant superiority barbs by Apple owners. We get it. You like your phone and/or computer. Enough already.
iPhone and Mac users are way to obsessed with being an iPhone or Mac user. It's blinding them. It's like any fundamentalistic religion (scary and dangerous). They don't see clearly and will eat whatever their maestro serves them. PC users and or Android users use their gadgets just because they do whatever it is they need it to do. Make their life more efficient et al. Not because they think it will make them a more interesting person or give them identity.
I for one am a PC user, own a nokia phone and would buy an iPhone tomorrow if only it had a real keyboard. It hasn't so it's not for me. It's a good phone, but lacks the specs I want. End of story.
Johhnyrockit said it well.
The obsession with iPhone users always trying to bash anything that isn't apple is sad. Choose for yourself, not because of what you think other people might think of you because you blindedly endorse a brand. Get a life...
