I can save a search, but when I try to comment and add my thoughts, my update never comes up in the real time if at all. Am I leaving something out? I add the # thing, it looks like it will work, I click update but it only shows on my own homepage. Trying to connect with others on a top and cannot. Can't get an answer from twitter.

Searching tweets written in a particular language is 'persistent' - as a result, it cannot be specified in the search query. I find it hard to write search queries in Twitter clients like HootSuite (or any other, I am sure), that restrict tweets written in English.

Is there a way?

Anyone know if you can do a search by a tweet's status number to see who's replied and follow the conversation? Best third-party tool I can find is http://tweader.com/ , but that doesn't work as well I hoped it would.

So as Google recognize, people search for more specific results; more and more expressions and words combinations are stored by Google and Twitter search engine implemented the Advanced Search Interface as a natural result of all these statistics.

Twitter is becoming a large reservoir of information. These advanced search features are really needed to search through. But still, it needs to be made better
