The truth is I had never use Tweetup but would like to try now. I am an active member in Twitter though. You know I am a fan of DIY and I like doing things by myself. I like copy things like dvd or convert them to any format like from mp3 to zune, to psp and etc. I had found many persons who have same hobby in Twitter and we enjoy ourselves very much.

Re: HOW TO: Organize a Successful Tweetup

Great steps to make "tweetups" successful!

Thanks Stuart.

@businessethos

Re: HOW TO: Organize a Successful Tweetup

Honestly, I can't believe I read this on Mashable.

Re: HOW TO: Organize a Successful Tweetup

Great advice. I 100% agree with the visit the venue before you host a tweet up there. The restaurant promoter/manager will say the space is bigger than it really is therefor less people can fit there. Even if you don't live in the area where you want to host the Tweet up I would see if anyone on Twitter has been to the location before.
That being said here are a few add-ons for your post: 8 Tips for Attending a Tweetup
http://random-babblings-and...

Alexis N. I've already circulated them to my colleagues!

I would also add - be ready for the intensity of the Tweetup. Remember people have already got beyond introductions through Twitter. So conversation jumps straight into where you would normally be 15 minutes into a normal encounter with someone you have never met.

Enjoy!

Re: HOW TO: Organize a Successful Tweetup

Thanks Stuart.
