Its good too see people using twitter to find jobs. Technology used in right direction can reap you high. This is a nice example of who people can use micro blogging/social networking for betterment of self than vegetating one's time!

I also did searches for people who are currently employed within my field of interest, or even a particular company. It's easy to informally message someone to ask about their experiences and it could become a more meaningful tweet connection, especially if they are local!
