There are plenty of companies in the active scanning and assessment space including the web application security space. The only difference is they're used for security professionals. That said; the don't do anything other than find low hanging fruit. Any security professional, and definitely any web app security professional (at least one who isn't pitching a product) knows that these vulnerabilities are SO dynamic due to HTML, CSS, JS that you cannot find them the same way you find a 'virus' or 'worm'.
