well, let's just say i do prefer the older ones, only because the new ones don't really make that much of an impactful difference. the proportional adjustment between the logo and the product names is ok but just not too keen on the font used for the text of the product names though. :D

At the moment I think I prefer the old logos—the new ones just look too big. But I'd have to see it in action, and the new logos aren't appearing for me yet.

Would have to say that even though it's only a minor difference. The uniformity (if that's a word) will probably benefit the company in the long run, even if some think it's a little "boring" in the short term.
As for the comment "get a real designer". I'm a real designer, and this sort of thing works. Well at least it's a damn sight more successful than Twitter.
