Will they automatically give their "content" page rank priority over others like a Yelp? This is the same thing that Yahoo and Microsoft did with their portals which is what gave Google their oppty in the first place. Google may not have done very well with product search (froogle) but there are some very smart people there and this particular feature has potential. I don't know how well this will be accepted by consumers but Yelp may lose a good deal of their organic traffic.
