Yes, believe it or not, Google have downtime sometimes as well, who would have though, right?

Re: Gmail Fails; Find Out About It In 30 Minutes On Twitter

I experienced a few issues with gmail and wasn't able to get a real answer as to why the sporadic outages. I've recently switched to zenbe email, so far so good.

Re: Gmail Fails; Find Out About It In 30 Minutes On Twitter

OK one more thing I noted yesterday (Thursday). The emails that I received on Gmail had certain keywords not otherwise used regularly in my email. On the very same day, I was followed by at least 6 new spam Twitter users that had THE SAME keyword in their aliases. The keyword being "shine" and "rose." (Greetings, to be precise.)

So I'm being followed by: @Women_rose @girlbabygoog [note GOOG!] @coolshinerose @shinerosegirl

This doesn't look good to me. I did not use Twitter yesterday. Either my computer or Google is compromised.

Ramla A. Yet, when hotmail did actually go down a couple of weeks ago, all the comments / blogs were screaming "gmail, this is why i use gmail!". And, just FYI, I love both gmail and hotmail.

Re: Gmail Fails; Find Out About It In 30 Minutes On Twitter

I just want to point out for everybody this handy website:
http://downforeveryoneorjus...

Give it a website and they'll let you know, er, if it's "Down For Everyone Or Just Me".

Re: Gmail Fails; Find Out About It In 30 Minutes On Twitter

The gamil is the best mail server, its abilitu to spread is the best, very different from hotmail despite amendments...
http://www.naturals-product...

Re: Gmail Fails; Find Out About It In 30 Minutes On Twitter

The gamil is the best mail server, its abilitu to spread is the best, very different from hotmail despite amendments

Re: Gmail Fails; Find Out About It In 30 Minutes On Twitter

Blackwater wins contract to hard fortify Twitter's data center...

Okay, maybe our dependence on the 'always on' technologies are not that extreme, yet!

- Don Power
@donpower

Re: Gmail Fails; Find Out About It In 30 Minutes On Twitter

Maybe IM, texting and snail mail will need to suffice.

Re: Gmail Fails; Find Out About It In 30 Minutes On Twitter

Having two accounts, only one of my accounts was affected in the outage.
