How can this license clause do not clash with the other TOSs you agree upon when subscribing to other services? If I post content on site X because of its agreement that gives me control over sublicensing, why should I repost on GizaPage and actually re-license the content with a broader agreement?
Or am I missing something?
Is there any trick to what the inputs need to be?
Maybe they're just having trouble.

Due to overload, we have been facing some difficulties in ensuring a quick and successful signup for everyone. Severely embarassing, and part of our learning curve, no doubt. We are working on the issue, and will update you shortly. Thanks again for your support!

And of course, while you are being very generous to us in our days of pimply youth, it is definitely our job to ensure that you do not face any problems using the site! :) We will keep you posted on this. Meanwhile, to delete the MySpace profile, you can do the following:
1. Sign in to GizaPage at http://www.gizapage.com
2. Click "Control the viewing of my public profiles" from the "I Want To" menu
3. Delete the MySpace profile by clicking the associated trashcan icon
Thanks once again! - ramsub, GizaPage
As Mark commented - great site. :s

This is as of 2:28 pm EST May 12, 2009, from the signup page. The main references i'm concerned about pertains to "Content". Now, I understand that since we're using others' servers, since its *their* servers, on a basic level we really do not have control to how our data is used...nevertheless, I would like to see respect given to our data, which is why the recent controversies related to Facebook and how it was resolved to the satisfaction of users, and the way Chi.mp chooses to function with their emphasis of "users owning their own data" is really important....and also really opposite to what I am seeing with GazaPages here.
I would say GazaPages would need to rewrite their TOS, or clarify what they mean by "Content" by including it in their TOS, before I am comfortable signing up with this service.
Wherever possible, we request the username, and construct the URL within GizaPage. In case you were unable to add profiles from the listed networks, please let us know at feedback@gizapage.com. We will work with you to solve the problem(s). Thanks once again for trying out GizaPage! - ramsub, GizaPage
Personally, I use my GizaPage more privately, with only a few profiles shared, but several friends and colleagues seem fine with sharing pretty much all their profiles with everyone.

It was resolved successfully between us, but they come down hard on people trying take their contacts away from LinkedIn using online tools, even though they use the very same tools to encourage their users to bring contacts over from Hotmail, Google et al.
