I love this game..I'm pretty addicted to it.. but not to the point of spending "real coins" to buy decorations or fish :) and my problem now is.. it's hard to load this application -- my flash player has been updated, my network connection is stable.. so I don't get it why it takes forever to load FishVille ;-(

You realize they're not the only one. Look at Happy Aquarium or the countless other games.

You're right, they're not being creative, but who in our society is? They're going for what's popular because it will get them money. It takes more time and money to convince people to do something they havent done before than it does to just rebrand an idea that everyone loves.

my boyfriend is obsessed with FishVille >.<
atleast its not FarmVille :) that is probably the WORST game ever
I think he may love FishVille more than me.. he fed his fish every 5min last night when we were on the phone

It was fun while it lasted. I think it was up for a whopping 1/2 day, and has been down all weekend. What an extremely poor way for a huge developer to launch a game to a HUGE audience.
