Crashed, very buggy and slow to the point of unusable. I find it funny that so many of you sheep care more for having your faces on some two-bit website and retweeting at light speed to lengthen your e-penis as much as possible rather than actually using this dire product. Firefox has been getting gradually worse for a long time and this is the final nail in the coffin for me for personal use. Chrome may not have the add-ons but it is much more stable and FAR quicker.

Re: Firefox 3.5 Now Available for Download

new viwer

Re: Firefox 3.5 Now Available for Download

its cool man,,,,,,

Re: Firefox 3.5 Now Available for Download

FireFox = FF = Faster Faster :)

Re: Firefox 3.5 Now Available for Download

This is a great news for all firefox users.I am going to download this one as early as possible.

Re: Firefox 3.5 Now Available for Download

Firefox 3.5. Many just add a useful button to the toolbar (like read-me-later) or functions (like add, close, close all, open last-closed colorful tab). Another FfChrome lets me customize my selection menus from a right-click to just what I want to see. After one gets used to these real time-savers, it is unfortunate to give them up for a new version. I am sure that the various add-on suppliers are less than happy.

I actually rolled-back to 3.0.11 just to see how this plays out. One of the reasons I moved from IE to FF was the collection of add-ons.

I usually peak out at about 350K for Firefox with these add-ons in place. I have a powerful machine, so it works very well.

Re: Firefox 3.5 Now Available for Download

85 add-ons? Really? How is your browser still usable?

Re: Firefox 3.5 Now Available for Download

Too bad that nobody informed the add-on people of this massive new upgrade. Version 3.5 trashed twenty-five of my eighty-five add-ons! Some were just fun or nice-to-have (a little pop-up calculator); others were VERY useful for minimizing menus (FfChrome); and others were important toolbars, like Norton. After recently reading -- and contributing comments -- about add-ons, I wonder how the user community feels about this.

Re: Firefox 3.5 Now Available for Download

I hope 3.5 will be fast enough as per claim! I was using Mozilla Firefox 3.0.11 and I thought it was slow. Can't wait to download and check!

Re: Firefox 3.5 Now Available for Download

Did they fix the dragging-images-into-Photoshop problem? That's incredibly annoying. I've gotten to the point with it where I have to drag images from Firefox into Safari, and THEN into Photoshop, just to avoid having to save it to my desktop. In terms of workflow, that's Firefox's biggest flaw, in my opinion, and the worst part was that it was introduced with Firefox 3.

Re: Firefox 3.5 Now Available for Download

Still much slower than Chrome, that being said Chrome needs add ons!

Re: Firefox 3.5 Now Available for Download

I love you.
