This s a fantastic idea. Does anyone know of an independantly created app that operates within the Facebook mobile interface? That is what would really make the local aspect shine.

Interesting post. Do we know if there are plans by any major travel companies to either work with an agency to create rival applications, or do you feel like Where I've Been has cornered the market (at least on Facebook - which could be good enough), and Travel companies will come to them to partner?
