Interesting, finally something from Google related to Blogger. I actually thought they forgot they had the property at all. Interesting to see what the bloggers will think about it once it is rolled out for everyone.

I'm glad Blogger is starting to add some additional tools and features. I often wish I'd started my large-size shoe blog for women,http://www.yourfeetmakeyouunique.com with Wordpress, but I think I'll stick with Blogger. I hope Blogger will take a look at some of the features Wordpress offers.

I'm glad new stuff's coming to Blogger too, although I think in general it's gotten sort of a bad rap. I use it for a gadget blog (www.gadgetize.com) and for the (very few) traffic spikes we've received, never had the least bit of a problem.

Anyway, will be cool to use Webmaster Tools more easily now.

We need more features on blogger. I would really like to see a nice tag cloud on blogger.

    FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
New Autobiographical Novel Unearths Author’s Abusive Childhood
The Birth of Violence by new author Ronjon serves as an inspiration for others to overcome abuse and adversity
CONCORD, Calif. – The Birth of Violence follows author Ronjon’s footsteps during the first 21 years of his turbulent life of child abuse, military school and a life of crime. On these life challenges, he says, “Some people write about it, some people live it and some people do not make it.”
Ronjon hopes the autobiographical novel will act as a sort of manual for parents on “what not to do to their children and what the results might be for that child if they do,” he says. “They have to remember that a child is not born bad, but becomes bad from the way that he is raised.”
Although the story of his first 21 years were rocky, Ronjon overcame hardship , learned from his consequences and became encouraged to write about his story by his English teacher at Diablo Valley College. “My first thought was, ‘How can a person that spent four years in the seventh grade even dream about writing a book?’” says Ronjon. “… But my teacher kept on telling me that I could do it. He instilled in me the confidence that I needed to take this project on, and here we are.”

    About the Author
Ronjon graduated from Diablo Valley College with honors in 2005 as a California state-certified building inspector but, instead, took his teacher’s advice to try his hand at writing. As a result, Ronjon received several scholarships for writing essays at DVC. The Birth of Violence is Ronjon’s first published novel.
