What an excellent resource!!! Very well done! I'd add MorgueFile into the photo section. I seem to be able to find some good stuff there, but there isn't a ton like the others you listed, but they're free for the taking.

Nice list. But is there any tool to organice other people? I mean: I have to schecule to work of technicians, send them to each service and if/when one fails find asap one substitute. Obviously, keeping track of *all*, invoicing... There is a lot of apps to manage "proyects" and to manage "yourself", but I really can´t find even the first usefull tool to mange other people without their help...

We use Xero which is a great online accounting and invoicing system. It really is one of the best ways to keep all of your finance and invoicing in check. We have used it for a year now and haven't had a single problem.

Amazing list of resources and definitely worth bookmarking. I've use several of the sites listed here (FreshBooks, iPhoto, RentACoder) with much success. One of the great things about GoEverywhere is that you can access your files and accounts easily, and from everywhere - making it a useful tool when you're out working on a project or need to work with a client at their location.

  • Deborahjb · 6 months ago
For a virtual office, try Sosius.com. You create an account that co-workers and clients can access (it's a social network). It even has a free level that is based on how much you upload, instead of time. This is good if you're starting out, but even the next paid level is affordable. Create docs, calendars, databases, projects to which you can assign to yourself or others, upload docs or images to show clients (in folders that only they can access), and more. The account creation is based on your identity, then you can add folders for individual businesses, clients, projects, etc. There are alert settings, and you can post items to special pages via text. Don't miss out-this service is packed with so many features.
  • Jennifer Driller · 6 months ago

    Copyright explained

Copyright is a legal concept, enacted by governments, giving the creator of an original work of authorship exclusive rights to it, usually for a limited time, after which the work enters the public domain. Generally, it is "the right to copy", but also gives the copyright holder the right to be credited for the work, to determine who may adapt the work to other forms, who may perform the work, who may financially benefit from it, and other, related rights. It is an intellectual property form (like the patent, the trademark, and the trade secret) applicable to any expressible form of an idea or information that is substantive and discrete. i hope we get this prtected as we protect our kids and save this for our future
