I would not that I use Tumblr as a repository for my FriendFeed and Twitter accounts as it serves as a backup and also helps with search engine optimzation for ego-type searches of my name.  You can also use it to associate two terms.  For example, my Twitter Id is Bill_Romanos but people do not search for this in Google, etc., so I set up Tumblr to associate my Twitter account with "Bill Romanos", "William Romanos", and "B.J. Romanos" - which are other versions of my name.
